In fairness to him, he was ok yesterday, not great, but that's more than you can say than a lot of our guys who have been benefitting from regular selection. Its a big game to come back into the side for and without SG there it made the match even more hectic and burdensome. He misplace a few passes, but who didnt. he did alright under the circumstances

I want Roy to go as soon as possible myself. He clearly isnt the man for the job thats required and he looks out of his depth. I think he has handled press conferences very badly and has not represented the club in a manner befitting a Liverpool manager. I don't like him as a manager or as a person. However, some of the bile directed at him on here, and I mean personal, hateful and malicious comments are astounding. Whether you like him as a man or as a manager, he is still our manager whether you like him or not. Criticise him ridicule him all you want but some of the stuff being said about him is below the belt and is counter to the way we have treated all our managers, particularly after such a short period. bring on the abuse...

under normal circumstances i would dismiss such a rumour (and thats not a criticism for posting it) but given the god awful string of events at the club this would not as surprise as much as it ought to. having said that, i see little point in handing in a transfer request so far away from the transfer window
