I went to Wembley to see Stamford play and win in the FA Vase final against Gainsborough (Or Geeseborough or summat), Keith Alexander may have played, not sure. Great day out but was very disappointed when we got there to find wembley only half open. My dad said what do you expect? Most of Stamford and Gainsborough is here already, who else would/could come?. Still, must have been great to say you scored at Wembley in a competetive game, no matter what the occasion or lack of crowd.

Listening to the Footie on R5 last night and they were talking to a Bury supporter and a the Bury chairman (I think it was Bury) Anyway's they have had a 18pts deducted and kicked out of a cup (Possibly the FA cup) for playing a player illegible for similar reasons to Mascherano. One of them said last night it is seperate rules for the big boys as Mascherano is going to be allowed to play for Liverpool, and they don't mind being kicked out of the cup, but do mind the 18 point deduction, that is the 18 ponits earned during the time that player played illegibly. I tend to agree with the unfairness feeling they must be having, but, that is now the second time, Fergie being the other, that someone in football has said that he is going to be playing for us. Has someone at the F.A. forgotten to let us know that the decision has been made, or, are they waiting till after the barca game?.

Apart from the people in it, the pitch, which is just mud cause it gets no sun from the badly designed stadium, oh, and last I heard the toilets were broken.

It humoured me more than anything to be honest, but I liked the bit where Rafa asked him if he wanted to play footie in this country or go elsewhere, I guess he may have learnt after the Josemi and Kronkamp rumours/problems of being homesick, or, not liking England, get that out the way then fight for your player.
