I genuinely believe he is no better than Robbie Savage. Savage just runs and pesters people all game with no real footballing talent. Although Savage actually takes a reasonable free kick now and then which Sissoko does not. In which case he may be worse than Savage

My criticism of him is not related to today as i heard the game on the radio so cant really comment. Problem is Maldini if he is not a defensive midfielder then he has no reason to be on the pitch as the only thing he does well is harry players and tackle

He generally, as a rule, is not a very good player? See Lucas for an example of how to play defensive midfield without being painful to watch with the football at your feet
