  1. Rusty though he has been, Torres is also the only one who looks creating anything Brilliant run there
  2. It's about time someone from the opposition got sent off tbh
  3. Reina is absolute class I thought that was a goal for all money
  4. He should have scored but the keeper did well
  5. Super tackle from Danny Agger
  6. Fine piece of goalkeeping tbh He's got a big frame and got out quickly
  7. My $5 on there being 4 goals in this game is starting to look shaky
  8. We've had the odd half chance though
  9. Keane got his body in a good shape for that, might have done better
  10. Who was it that put the ball over for Torres?
  11. Fulham have had 81% of the possession in the last five minutes
  12. Dire opening tbh Neither team can string 3 passes together
  13. I can remember loads of signings who looked thoroughly average but people made positive statements about them anyway because of a general pressure to be optimistic about new signings. Riera, however, genuinely looks the part and he hasn't even come close to playing to his potential yet.

  15. I'm not sure I agree with all the names you've chosen tbh Teddy Sherinham, for instance, was a far superior player to Defoe
  16. Admittedly Scotland have defied all odds and historically been even more rubbish than England but there were plenty of external reasons for this, most notably the non selection of 'Anglo' players. The list of players they've produced is staggeringly good. Dalglish, Souness, Johnstone, Law, Bremner, White, Hansen and Mackay are surely up there with any eight players England have ever produced? You might argue that Johnstone never proved it in a decent league but the fact that Celtic fans regard him as their greatest ever player, and therefore presumably better than the King, speaks volumes. Then you've got other Scottish league legends like John Greig and Jim Baxter as well as top performers like Leeds' Eddie Gray and our own Ian St.John. Some of you are actually old enough to have seen most of these players play, so take it away old c****, name your all time Scotland and England sides and speculate on which one is better.
  17. I'll be f***ing annoyed if United do end up getting Berbatov and I have a horrible feeling they will.
