  1. the point was the 'tactic' of HoofHuth created a tie winning opportunity.
  2. only if it's for Anti-Mockermanship
  3. not for the money, no - though they do pay an Abramovic tax on all their transfers fact is when he took over Ranieri had already spent £100M and they were second, so the side didn't need major surgery to step up to first. I'm still amazed he's not spent proper, proper crazy money on 1 top class World reknowned striker, - you know - offer £50M for Schevchenko, Henry etc etc maybe they just dont wanna play for him...
  4. thought Drogba and Robben were too?
  5. i refer you to the many Chelsea threads in the forum and how many i've started and spammed in..... i've only responded here because my name was mentioned by Daniel, and then Anny and then you - i feel entitled to respond to that, sorry. terrible things obsesssions fecked if i know i dunno why the countless journos at the game dont ask him the same thing
  6. it's called having a point of view sorry.
  7. i refer you to the link i posted earlier in the thread
  8. oh, and i have never called him that - i just dont think he's the tactical feckwit others on here make him out to be
  9. and had Gudjohnson's Banjo to cow's a*** radar system been working in the last minute at Anfield that balmy night last May..... - Mourinho obviously thinks Huth's a weapon that can be used upfront late on in matches.... hardly unheard of to stick a big lad upfront to unsettle defences in the closing stages of matches - Sven's done it with Crouch to great effect in his last two games - and yes i know Crouch is a striker but it's been his height that has casued problems for defenders what is the big deal? Anny - Mourinho got the better of Rijkaard last year and it's reversed this year - and let's not mention Benitez overall record v Mourinho since he joined us, eh? It's a knock out cup - everyone seems to be talking like Chelsea would waltz it if only their manager was a bit more tactically astute - i don't buy that. I got in last night to see the latter part of ITVs highlights show - look at the Juve game but for a shocking goalkeeping error in the last minute they'd be out and yet they could well go on an win the thing now, such are the vagaries of football, managers and tactics count for only so much - the vast majority of it is down to the players.
  10. just stating what i think is blatantly obvious Yes he's an arrogant t*** Yes he's an ungracious prick in defeat or victory none of that means he's a schite manager, tactically naive or his team 'can only get so far playing that way at the top level'. All the evidence points to the contrary. I feel compelled to point it out. No biggie. maybe.
  11. and the Champions League with Porto
  12. Benfica?
  13. I didn't but only cos he wasn't irish. who to believe - the large thighed South African or a current Manager?
  14. PSG were original members (Arsenal, Bayer, Lyon & Valencia joined in 2002) anyway the point being it aint all about what you've won. I agree with your second paragraph tho'.
  15. didn't see the game, didn't see the interview
  16. my 'boys' are playing at 7.45pm tonight, d1ckhead. yep
  17. PSG = 2 Titles, 6 Domestic cups, 1 UEFA Cup Lyon = 4 Titles, 3 Domestic cups Bayer = 0 Titles, 1 Domestic cup, 1 UEFA Cup and yes, Arsenal are now in it.
  18. i have never driven between Liverpool and Leeds and on that basis would not sign Aaron Lennon...
  19. aye - i know what you mean the thing is - SKY do have people there i've written to the Editor anyway - ill post any response i get. If i was Robbie Fowler i wouldn't be happy about it
  20. google now in trouble?
  21. fair points Dus - but is it not part of a Murdoch Empire campaign to represent their paper as one which the players feel it's alright to talk to and thereby one that fans should think it's alright to buy?
