    there's no indication/proof at this stage the players did anything wrong - this is off the books payments by Chelsea to 3rd parties/agents but perhaps some of it did end up with the players the PL are also claiming that were these payments declared it wouldn't have resulted in a PSR breach, which makes some sense in that some of the payments happened before the rules came into place and Chelsea were somehow ran at a £900k a week loss for 19years under Abramovich without breaking those rules anyway. What's curious is why they did it then? Why have some players names been redacted? & Why does this all stink to high heaven?

    1) Not really 2) Nothing like the same offences & Chelsea new owners whistle blew on Abramovich straight away - hence the leniency of the punishment. City's crimes go way beyond this and they are denying the lot.

    Arsenal- freed from the shackles of Bridesmaids/Bottlers will win the league again next year playing better football in the process than they are currently which is better in the sense that they are f***ing awful to watch right now but worse in that they won’t be that much better and they’ll be going B2B we’ve got a rebuild on - and we need to get it right, and or we could drop right away.
