  1. Ooooh yes, look at all the lovely extensions we’ll say
  2. I think we do. We’re not gonna win the league. CL should be priority but I value winning stuff over money - which may be another reason why I’m not running the club
  3. I could listen to Warnock slagging us off much easier if I’d not seen his entire Liverpool career
  4. They have everyone back defending. They’re set up like a non-league team - but with the fitness/physicality of the PL. I don’t blame them - do nothing for 75mins and nick one on the break did it for them on Tuesday but the game is poor because they’re making it so.
  5. It’s miles from perfect but this is clearly a better effort from us than Tuesday so far. They still have 11 behind the ball defending deep.
  6. Yes, DOH - absolutely- forgot him. In fact possibly the biggest loss with his ability to carry the ball, attack and commit defenders - as well as scoring/assists
  7. Not impossible at all Alisson, Bradley, Virgil, Konate, Robbo, MacA, Grav, Dom, Salah, Gakpo - all champions, all still here. Additions of superstars Wirtz & Ekitike - largely seen as positives in this poor season (not by you but you’re just wrong about Wirtz). Isak - pre-season issues and then a broken leg have screwed that signing. Kerkez has found his feet over the season, Frimpong likewise. What we’ve lost is the form of the best player in the league, Grav & MacA too, Konate’s brain for half a season, no real replacement for Trent’s long ball ability and seemingly a stack of fitness/legs across the squad. Oh and Jota.
  8. Probably what he was coaching them to do last year when they won the league
  9. Well, I don’t think he’s coaching them to play s***. There are and have been a remarkable amount of individual f*** ups from players this season. I don’t think he’s responsible for Salah’s monumental drop in form any more than he was responsible for making Salah Footballer of the year last season. But it is his job to get the team to play better than it is. So it is on him. When that persists then naturally there comes a point at which you say ‘thanks for your efforts but we need to make a change at the top’. I’m not there. Yet.
