can't we do something nice outside the ground and then just get on with hating each other? I'm all for everyone combining behind the justice campaign (and any other combined effort required in future) and I'd rather not hear songs sung about any disaister but it is a tribal game and to some extent should be kept like that. I guess the trouble is deciding what the line is and what to do if someone crosses it - but avoiding the death and injury of people seems like a pretty good place to start. Lets face it - - the blues have (mostly) been great about Hillsborough - but we aren't going to stop singing songs about Everton anytime soon...

In the anfield tour there is a section of the old kop that I found very memory stirring. how about adding a room that can only be viewed from one end with the pictures of the 96 at the other. For the stadium I don;t thing that we'd ever see 96 seats for them - although it could be incorporated into any new stadium / redevelopment - right below the police observation area as a reminder.... if not that then how about the full names of the 96 written in a ring around the stadium at the top - right below the lights. That way they would always be facing the pitch and always visible from every side.

aye - the guy moved to the USA in the early 80's - he hasn't even got a clue about matchgoing bacjk then , never mind LFC. he's got nothing to add. he should set up a radio show, invite people on to talk about Hillsborough and PAY them!!! ha! no , ignore is the right way. just wanted to check facts about what he had said (seems like a good idea)

put them up on manslaughter charges anyway - criminal and civil. If they are innocent then no problem.. hey knox - is it true that Cohen offered to talk about Hillsborough but asked for a fee?

just to sum up the kind of person he is. he is on twitter and implying that not only is he happy to discuss Hillsborough on a show he is also a professional and would do it for a fee. this is the person who accused LFC fans of "milking Hillsborough" Don't ever engage him directly in conversation, debate or invite him on any show ever. deny him the oxygen (this is a closed forum so we're covered there...)

too right. the campaign was for justice - not the official release of documents that we knew existed and a few apologies. I'm hoping that the actions of yesterday will lead to a snowball effect of people putting their hands up and saying who did what. Once a few of the police involved crack then the rest might just fall quickly too. Then we can have justice. This is just a very well earned stop on the path.
