Do the poor dears feel put upon because some of the people who ultimately pay their wages don?t like their contribution to the team? Don?t the fans have some right to say what they like? Been done for ever - just because the internet makes it easier for footballers to see what some sections of the fans think of them doesn?t make it any harsher that it was years ago. Except that years ago people would be saying it over a few pints in the pub and not have it recorded for everyone to see. Maybe the players in the top leagues are so insulated from the fans that they should be made to read what people have to say about them. Maybe they need a good healthy dose of fecking reality. If they feel they have it so bad then why don?t they look around at the number of PFA members that don?t even have a club ? or those that are paid feck all in the lower leagues. Now that?s having it tough as a sportsman. Why don?t they go and take a look at the life of Wayne Harrison and see how bad their lives are in comparison. A lot of them are paid way more than they could ever have been excepted to be and can set themselves up for life from a very early age. The majority of the populate just get on with earning a living and providing for their nearest and dearest and seeing footballers complaining about their lot isn?t going to raise much sympathy ? and nor should it. The lucky b******s get it easy and if a few fans comments upset them then tough f***ing s***. Try dealing with some real stress and then see what its like.

Definitely desire. Whether that?s because he wants to be part of an all winning Liverpool team or because he like his mug in the papers and on highlights for his own ego is open for question. I believe he does desire to be part of a successful LFC team- but his motives may be different from others. Doesn?t matter really ? I still don?t think he can produce consistently.

Can?t get a decent quote so hashes an old one and builds a story about that ? after all the last couple of league results have been done to death so he needs a new angle. Draw conclusions from limited info and turns it into a story. Sub editor changes it a bit, editor thinks it?ll sell the most papers so beefs up the controversial biit and puts it on the back page. Story with was a pile of crap to fill a few inches has then morphed into a major headline with even more crap everyone at the paper is happy. So it?s a pile of s*** ? but theres nothing in there that can actually be refuted so that?s ok in paperland. Reality ? a win over the mancs and there?d be no story. Reality ? papers need headlines to peddle their crap. Reality ? besides us, arsenal, the mancs and Chelsea no other club is going to get such rumour mongoring headlines because no-one gives a f***. It?s a quiet news day and Liverpools turn to get slated.

I never have been and never will be Kewells biggest fan. I have always been of the opinion that he will never produce the sort of football that he?s capable of for Liverpool on a consistent long term basis. However some of the anti Kewell s*** on this thread is f***ing embarrassing. Anyone who doubts his ability, potential or desire to do the best he can for Liverpool is a f***ing d****ead.
