Spurs can't really complain,the rules were clarified before the season started to avoid the mess uefa and the FA made last year.

 

They shouldn't worry though Arsenal won't win the champions league

but they will probably overtake spurs for fourth spot .

Spurs need to make sure they are in the position to complain - its a little too early to be complaining about the CL until 4th spot is confirmed. I can see the a*** winning tomorrow which would really stir things up
