I have been getting over looked for promotion at my place. Nothing about me or my work its just the way it is at my place. Its always the people who are in the right place at the right time or people who's face fits.

 

Over the last year they have been having night shifts on 5-9 they asked if anyone would be interesting in getting temp promoted to supervise them or people who were managers already to do it. They said they had enough people so I never heard out back.

 

Anyway now they have started getting agency staff in as bosses. Its not fair at all imo.

 

Its not just happening to me by the way theres a load of people getting unfair treatment.

 

And before anyone says stop going on the interweb at work I only go on after I have done my work.
