About an hour. Surprised by that to be honest!

Silverlink to Willsden and then change to Watford Jnc

 

Quite easy really - might take 90mins or so

Safest best is probably North London line to Willesden Junction, Bakerloo line to Harrow & Wealdstone and then a train from there

EB to Paddington 12 mins

Circle line to Euston Sq 15mins

walk from Euston Sq to Euston 3 mins

Euston to Watford Junc 20 mins

 

= 80 mins

Close but nay cigar. North London line is very useful, although it is sometimes unreliable.

Just take the first train going North from willesden. If it's the Bakerloo you change as Will says. If it's the Silverlink metro, you stay on to Watford Junction. And wave to me as you go past.
