Apologies for the mums net vibe.

My youngest daughter is 10. She's always been big and we've tried to get the weight off her. As a family we generally eat fairly healthy we are all veggie, Mrs B is great with keeping sugary s*** out the house as much as possible. The rest of us are all slim. We've had her signed up to regular swimming club as well to get her more active but she has started sneaking food into her room and we suspect she is eating crap snacks at school.

The school nurse wrote to us as her BMI is at the very top of the scale.

We are now at the stage where we may have to manufacture a reason to take her to the nurse/doctor to get a conversation going about weight and health as we can't discuss it with her and understandably are advised not to. She goes to big school in September and i fear she'll get bullied.

Obviously eat less and do more is the solution but does anyone on here have any experience and advice. Bit of a wit's end.
