Parking wardens

Just got a parking ticket for parking in a bay whose restrictions end at 4.30pm on a Weds. The time of my infringement on the ticket? 4.57pm. Are these c**** thick or what?

 

More bothered about the faff it'll be sorting this out rather than the £35.
