How f***ing difficult can it be to buy and sell a car

[Ant]

The company I just purchased my new astra from didn't pay the settlement fee for my old car because they got the f***ing reg wrong, and no one saw fit to chase it up.

I had a go over the phone and told them its a f***ing schoolboy error and he said mistakes happen. f***ing heads should roll. Told them if money wasn't sent over by bank transfer I'm bringing the car back and wanting my old one back.

They quickly fixed it.
