Honeymoon location

Wedding booked for July 13 and I'm looking for a perfect honeymoon location. Will have about 3 weeks and want both city for a few nights and then on to a beach resort away from kids with loads of sun..Any suggestions? Already crossed out Thailand as weather is a bit too wet that time of year.
