I'm no legal expert, but from what's been reported, and in terms of how comprehensively they lost the original case, I don't see how they could possibly get anything out of this. They're desperate losers throwing bad money after bad. Hopefully it will result in more humiliation and having to pay costs.

 

The fact that they're trying to sue everybody also shows how desperate they are.

 

 

Isn't Broughton also suing them for defamation of character or something?

I think the club should sue them back, for defamation and bringing the brand of Liverpool FC to disrepute.
