Contracting...

I know a bunch of you are contractors and thought I'd ask for your thoughts...

 

Got the opportunity to do some work for my old company as a project. Phase 1 is deliverable by March. Phase 2 to follow. This is a first for me so have no idea whether to use an umbrella company, set up my own company, bill as an individual.

 

What say you?
