One of the Lockerbie bombers let out and returned to ecstatic scenes in Tripoli.

 

If it is a "life" sentence, why release him? What kind of message does that people who commit these heinous crimes?

 

Was the law properly applied here? If it was circumvented, aren't there better prisoners to apply it to like Michael Shields?
