London Purchase Help

I have a problem at the moment and would appreciate advice on how I can get my wife what she wants for Christmas.

My Mrs wants a particular necklace sold by Tiffany's. Problem is the main website has sold out of the one she wants.

All the Tiffany shops are in London, Selfridges, Harrods etc. They all seem to have one or two in store but either won't take a card payment over the phone, or in Harrod's case they will but can't get it to me by Christmas and won't let me pay for it over the phone and have it picked up by a courier because of credit card fraud (apparently).

With an 11 week old baby to look after and a business to run up to Christmas there's just no way I can get down to London from Liverpool in person between now and Christmas.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can resolve this? Courier companies won't deliver cash down there and pick the necklace up (which would be a bit risky anyway). I'm stumped and really want to get her what she wants as she gave birth to my little girl this year and really deserves her necklace!

Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated...
