How in fin fs name is this right?

I own my own flat in south London. Well I own the lease hold which basically means I own f***ing nothing. (This lease hold freehold b******s is the biggest money printing scam I've ever known)

Anyway the front wall was cracked and I thought I'd get a quote to get it fixed. (not now but at some stage in the future like)

So it seems I have to go through the freeholder to do f***ing anything at all structural. (this is fair enough as the freeholder is meant to pay for such damage or so I thought. This is why we pay these c**** every quarter surely)

Anyway a big fat pompus Boris Johnson type arrives a few weeks ago and tells us it'll need replacing alright. Ok fine I already know this Boris hense I f***ing called you out. They will get a quote for the job for us which we then have to pay £30 to view???WTF?? (Exactly why do i need them at all?)

So do you guys pay for this I ask all clueless like. Oh no, we get the quote for you which you pay us for and then get it repaired yourself and pay for it. WHAT? Why am i even talking to you then?

ANYYYYWAYYYY. I come home this evening to watch the Champs league game all revved up after the manu trouncing and low and behold the freeholder has turned up during the day and f***ing levelled the front wall (which had a few cracks in it). He then calls my missus and says "Oh by the way the wall was an insurance risk to us so it's flattened now and.......wait for it........you own us £200 thankyou very much.

What f***in country lets these silver spooned c**** rip people off like this.

I can't wait to get on the phone to these c**** tomorrow. I'd rather go to jail right now than pay these c**** a penny for what I call vandalism.
