Weird this is

My wife was chatting to her friend who works in Asda. Apparently a fella on holiday from Massachusetts (probably Maine or Miami knowing my missus but anyway,..) came in with a pair of shoes he bought in Wal Mart. They didn't fit, he bought them for his trip and as Asda were part of Wal mart could he get the next size up or a refund?

 

Even weirder than that, when the girl looked at the shoes she realised they had them in stock and after consultation with management they agreed to exchange them.

 

Not sure if that's brilliant customers service or terrifying levels of globalisation.
