UNDER 11S TEAM - AGAIN

I put a thread on some time ago about setting up a kids team

well, it's set up now

 

we have 15 players registered so far

 

the team is called......................SPIRIT OF SHANKLY JUNIORS

 

thanks to all who offered advice but it was all a bit bewildering then. With the benefit of 5 training sessions, can we do it all again?

 

RP sent me his coaching manuals, including his exam, where he scored full marks

some of the questions are quite amusing

 

eg "an adult coach is having sex with a 13 year old female player in his team - is this of no concern, some concern, or grave concern?"

 

" a child regularly turns up to training undernourished as his family spend all their money on alcohol and cigarettes...is this of no concern, some concern or grave concern?"

 

we have a nice bunch of kids but my main problem is getting them to listen without shouting at them

 

nearly everything I get them to do is about pass, move, communicate. But it's a struggle and the time flies by in training
