It was on Seedorf, Blind and the De Boers from that Ajax side who never came to the Premiership. The De Boers both ended up in Scotland anyway.

 

The previous year's final can't be far off 12 - Reiziger and Overmars were in the Ajax side as well as most of that crop, and the Milan side had Desailly and Panucci in it.
