lowering the pressure in a boiler

I have a Vokera pressurised central heating system, and gradually over last few days the pressure has been rising. It should run at 1-1.5 bar, but its up at 3.5 now !

How can i lower it,

I have treied switching off & lowering the heat settings for the rads, but as soon as i switch on again, it shoots back up. would bleeding the radiator solve it, do i need to do it to all the radiators or would bleeding one be enough?
