hi guys..

you probably remember my thread a while back asking about Cronton and living there...

anyway, over the last couple of months we have lost interest in Cronton for one reason and another and are now settled on Crosby... found a house (a lovely house off College Road) and we are on the verge of putting in an offer... thing is its slightly over budget and therefore the stamp duty has gone right up with it.. We have accepted an offer on our current place as well.

 

anyway, anyone got any advice as far as mortgages goes? Any good deals going an at the moment anywhere? Anything to look out for?
