Just wanted to see how the double decker thing was going mate.

I just had a snickers and regret it now, i could've held on for half an hour or so and got something

from the restaurant in the hotel, now i've got this sugary aftertaste and no appetite.

I might have a glass of water or two to try and get rid of it. Maybe a beer in the bar downstairs.
