Solidarity needed by everyone

300 polls about who we should get in as next manager and how many people want Rafa sacked are not what we need.

Solidarity and support are the order of the day.

thing are s**** right now, no doubt but its too easy to just throw in the towel and beg for a new manager.

You have to take the rough with the smooth, at the moment we are in a right mess. Rafa needs a decent assistant and stop this fear of losing.

most of all he needs our support.

hes just not cut out for the english game, great in europe....unfortunalty he just doesnt seem to be able to get it right in england..

We are all moaning about the players, but c`mon the tactics today were s****...why was kuyt wide most of the time?? why did we sit so deep.....why was babel told to look bk for a pass instead of pushing past the defender(you could see rafa on the touchline barking orders to babel)

bonus points for you

So when's the march from the pub demanding a new manager being organised for?

Sure its too long since the last march supporting our "messiah" of a manager.

Liverpool were booed on Wednesday and Benitez is, once again, under pressure, but the manager who has reached two Champions League finals with Djimi Traore and Bolo Zenden deserves better. Gillett and Hicks don't. The man on the phone-in was right. They deserve Sam Allardyce

Thank you. You do need to realise you are merely a member of an internet forum and your rallying cries mean f*** all. So get off your high horse and stop thinking you are the next Martin Luther King

This isn't about Rafa. It's about Crouch, Kuyt, Carra, Riise and Hyypia all showing they don't deserve to wear a Liverpool shirt or are way past it. If Alonso wasn't coming back from injury, I'd be livid with him too. But those players have this season shown they aren't good enough for us to move forward. I'm sorry Carra because you've been the heart of our defense since Rafa arrived but it's time to pass the torch.

Well said.

Ferguson took 7 years to win the League. In his third season they finished eleventh, in his fourth season thirteenth and in his fifth season they finished sixth. It took him seven years to win the League. During that time they were splashing the cash all over the place, breaking the British record transfer fee.

When they finally won the League (it was the first Prem season) the team were in 10th place in November. And then all the signings clicked together and the rest is history.

Hughes, McGrath, Pallister, Bruce, Hughes, Ince, McClair et al had all been there multiple seasons - getting nowhere near the title.

Its only this season Rafa has been able to afford the quality of players we need to move forward.

For me the situation is simple. From the owners perspective ; Back him, Sack him, or f*** off. I'm prepared to wait and see on what they do on that front. Hopefully it's the first option but it's a wait and see situation for me.

Usually I'd say the 7 day break isnt good for us as I think we do best when we're playing off momentum. But I think the break can do us some good to regroup and drill into the players what's expected of them again. A few good results won't change the long term problems in the squad and club but it will make everyone happy again.

We are all words on a screen. People take this place too seriously, how can you get angry at someones persona?

Accepted

You'll get no more criticism from me for whatever thats worth

I've misjudged him through my own frustration. He deserves more time to get things right.

I fail to see what that has to do with us? Two totally different situations.

I am not a WUM.

I am sick of hearing all this s***. It's groundhog day, threads about Rafa should be sacked and then someone taking the moral high ground. We don't influence anything but I do agree with points you have made, it doesn't need a thread on it everyday or so though.

You mean well but its like reading the same thread every week.

Carra doesn't deserve to wear a Liverpool shirt?

Get a grip.

He hasn't been at his best this season, but he's still good enough for us.When Agger comes back I'd wager he'll be back to his old self.

yet again we are seeing too many question marks regarding the side, we are still no closer to knowing our best 11..

who is our first choice left bk?

who are our best options at center midfield?

who plays on the right?

who plays left?

who plays alongside torres?

We dont know and im sure the players dont either....

Benayoun

Kuyt

Now I am going to get really angry.

How many bad words do I have to say to get a ban?
