He was deffo MoM, aye. One bright spot in a game where pretty much everyone stank. Mascherano was the only other player who was awake, even if he couldn't pass.

People can rate Voronin higher because of his use of the ball, his vision and his technique.

i actually agree with that

 

Kuyt failed to deliver balls into the box last night when the opportunity arose whereas Voronin has consistently whipped in very dangerous balls when out wide. The big lack in Voronin's game is a bit of acceleration but otherwise he's a fine player. And Kuyt is a fine player too for that matter, just brings different qualities into the mix when he plays.

You see it as slating Kuyt for some weird reason, I said he was our best player, while I see it as praising Voronin and his abilities.

Kuyt was very good last night, a real team guy. He'll be here for a while I reckon, he's someone who you'd want besides you in a battle. Pity he can't trap a bag of cement at times.
