"So"

As in "So I went to this bar..." etc.

 

I feckin' hate this! People starting to explain things or tell a story by using "So...". People are starting to use it on YNWA eg "So I'm off to Chicago" - that's right Charlie Clown, I'm talking about you, goddam it!

 

Why? Why start anything with "So"? You sound like a 14 year old American, with only two brain cells! The bl**dy thing is starting to replace "dude" as the most annoying thing on forums. Using "So" makes it sound like you were halfway through saying something instead of at the begining....aaaarrrgggghhh!!!!!

 

"Friends", that's where it bl**dy started! Too many of you watching "Friends".
