Just booked my holidays

Holiday 1 end of July: Shetland and Fair Isle

Train from Manc to Aberdeen, overnight ferry to Lerwick (stay there for 2 nights) then little ferry to Fair Isle for a week.

Then return via the 8 seater light aircraft to Shetland and ferry + train...

 

Holiday 2 in end of Aug: Spain & Portugal

Fly Manc to Malaga, 4 nights in little pension in Fuengirola, overnight bus to Lisbon for 3 nights and some hotel there for a friend's wedding and back to Manc
