found this clip on youtube.... I remember watching it at the time, Saturday tea-time... early 80's I guess. Trying not to spit out my fishfingers and peas cos it was so funny...

 

It's quite shocking to see the panel smoke on TV... Lydon is clearly puffing on a ciggie, you only get to see smoke billowing about Fluff so perhaps Johnny set fire to him...
