got home tonight from playing my usual monday night football and my legs were tightening up a bit so i thought id do the right thing and do a few stretches in the kitchen - getting old and all that. bloody typical, while attempting to actually get past my knees in an attempt to touch my toes i felt my groin 'pop' a little...thinks... ouch, thats uncomfortable...hope its not a f***ing hernia thats all i need.

i know:

i'll rub some of this lethally strong deep heat style muscle cream i've got in called bengal ULTRA STRENGTH. there i go slapping it on liberally in the effected area which is just above my right knacker and needing it in, when i first got the sense of something not being quite right. in my enthusiasm i'd only slapped it a bit lower than was required...i started to hop around the room a little bit as the fire started to catch hold of my ball bag, within a few seconds i was crying out in pain. i was running round the house holding my plumbs, completely oblivious to the windows being open and in full view of the neighbour but i cared not a jot. let me tell you that skin down there is sensitive. ran into the bathroom like john wayne and jumped in the bath squatting down with the cold shower jet on my knackers. the sheer agony lasted about 20 minutes.

it was about an hour ago now. i've got post traumatic stress, i feel like a broken man.
