I'm running it in the latest version of windows media player and it's working fine... Perhaps someone with more it-knowledge than me can assist you better....

I had that problem and couldnt sort it so I downloaded VLC Media Player and it worked fine.

 

It's worth downloading the player even if you uninstall it later cos the video is really excellent
