freeview Vs sky Vs a.n other?

It seems suzie (aka my freeview box) has not recovered from the last time it died. We had a brief revival but now it's not receiving signal for many of the FV channels (particularly Channel 4, E4 etc) so it's looking increasingly gloomy for suzie's health.

 

The time has now come to make a decision re a new FV box or splash the cash and go for a sky package or similar product.

 

Reviews, recommendations and opinions welcome.

 

Are there any good and attractive packages out there?
