Lad I know runs a very busy pub in Newcastle. Went skiing on the Saturday, thieves armed with baseball bats and machetes broke in on the Sunday (cctv footage), and went up to his flat above the pub to get him to open the safe...of course he was 1000 miles away. How spawny is that?
