flash drive help...

Have files off an old iMac that I need to access in XP

 

They are on a Cruzer mini flash drive but when plugged into the XP machine, it's not found. No nothing, no beep, no appearance a a new drive, no attempt to install software, no power to the unit

 

 

Any thoughts ( other than "you're fekked") as to how to access the files in the XP machine much appreciated
