The problem with the reserves and the youth team this year is that 4 or 5 of the u18s have been promoted early. This means the reserve team is younger than normal and that the u18s are weakened. It has obviously affected the results this season but in the long run will probably be of benefit to the players.

It's not like you can just magic them out of the air is it? Across all four divisions, you'll get maybe two a season, max. And never from the same club two years running
