Is Ian (Lonely Planet) Wright

I watch a fair bit of Travel Channel and Discovery Travel and I like his shows a lot. Reason I'm asking is this picture, which supposedly is from the after party the day after the final in Istanbul. I'm pretty sure that's Ian Wright there on the right:

I would think that would be an impossibility for anyone - I wonder what his reaction was when Danny Murphy knocked that free kick in at OT a few years back.

After a game some fans informed Tommo that Ian Wright was sitting in the crowd behind him and messing around taking the mick out of him. Rather than telling him to stop Paul Ince was encouraging him apparently. He only found out after the game and raised it with Ince. Something like that TBH I cant remember exactly what it says. In the book Thompson goes on to say he doesn't like Wright and feels the public persona doesn't reflect the true individual.
