Job Problem

My friend has been offered managers job for a pretty big store chain. Anyway problem is she went for an interview t'other day for another job in a bank she would love. They were really impressed with her and said there will be a second interview.

 

If she takes the original offer, that starts on monday. Do you take the sure thing or do you turn it down and take a chance on t'other one?
