We've been having a new kitchen installed by MFI and I have to say they are the most appallingly disorganised, shambolic company I've ever come across.

 

Bits not turning up, bits broken, about 20 deliveries and counting for one kitchen, some not coming to the right house and failing the delivery. About a month and a half on from when the fitter first turned up and ripped out our old kitchen it still isn't finished.

 

MFI must stand for Massively F*cking Incompetant.
