Can I suggest a couple of things here, Eric?

 

1) You do a ten-words-or-less version (as per forum rules), for the lazier forumite

 

2) You get it subbed

I'd disagree with. We had five clear cut chances to score and hit the bar once. Opening them up wasn't the problem, finishing them off was.

I can certainly see where your coming from, we got more chances against Chelsea in one game then we probably had in all of our other League games against them combined (in the Mourinho era obviously), but our failure to take them and the fact that they were down to ten men raises questions for me over whether or not we really carved them open or if we were simply expressing our dominance in terms of personnel. I think we were certainly good for a point, but at the same time if you fail to take your chances you don't score goals. I certainly fancy us to take something off them at Anfield but we need to start racking up away points against United, Arsenal and Chelsea. Last season we didn't get a single point out of those fixtures, and thats something that needs to be rectified.
