The Kurds form an uprising in the north of Iraq as they are unhappy with the present rulers. As a way of combatting this uprising a member of the ruling bosy suggests that planes throw poison gas at the Kurds and that is what happens.

 

What does it make you think of this guy?

Should be be commended or condemned?

How should he be remembered in history?
