Rafa as well as the players has to take the blame

We are losing 2-0 away from home and we end up the game with 30 minutes to go with one f***ing striker on the pitch! We take a striker off for a f***ing left back in a game we must win putting lightweight Garcia up-front!!

How Garcia and Alonso finished that game I really don't know as all both of them done today was give the ball away!

The players have got to take a lot of the blame as Everton's players wanted it a lot more than our lot!!!

is it only me who thinks we controled 3/4 of that match? hit the post twice, two blatent penalties not give, and two blatent fouls for two of there goals and the third comes because were down to 10 men due to an injury?

Garcia has shown up with a goal in big games before so you can't blame Rafa for giving it a go.

I have to say though that three players in particular had shocking games today - Alonso, Garcia and Carragher, who was at fault for the first two goals imo.

How many saves did Tim Howard actually make during the game to keep us out?

Could be all the chopping and changing throwing a spanner in the works allez

So has Fowler and Crouch but they are STRIKERS Garcia is not and he was having a shocking game!!!!! So let's put a player up-front who is not a STRIKER and having a stinker hoping he will score an importnant goal even though he's not a striker!

A - fuchin - greed.

Houllieresque by Rafa today, brough me back to Houllier himself bringing Didi off at Dortmind when we were "8 games from greatness" and defending a narrow lead

Aye but we created so many openings we should have had something out of it.

???????????????????

Please expalin!

I can't read the original posters mind, but hopefully he or she is referring to the fact that we could have played 180 minutes today and not scored. Of course, it does help if you play your best team. ;)

The constant tinkering really has to stop if we are to progress this season.

If he's just trying to find out his best 11 then fine, but if he goes into every game chopping and changing then we can forget challenging for title, IMO.

And Aurelio is really average.

Thought Garcia was shocking today.

its the chances we created though. we get an injury a few seconds after we make the third sub, we hit the post twice! two blatant penalties. even poor aurelio got t***ted in the face twice from our own players!

when lady luck doesnt favour you she s***s on your head. :(

Openings but how many shots on target that Howard actually made a save from? you may as well hit it at the corner flag as not make the keeper make a save!

I thought Garcia was the only one who looked like creating something for us.

First-half maybe. Second-half he disappeared. Did he touch the ball in the first 15 mins of the second-half ? A poor one for Luis, but how many games has he been dreadful and popped with a goal. The main problem was the original selection which set us back - not the substitutions.

true, the blunt truth of it is that we didnt play well today. they never had that hard edge in our play. but we were still better than that s****, apart from fininshing. luck favoured the s**** today.
