We're last at 33/1 Is this because our defence is amazing, or because the bookies see our goalscoring threat as weak? I think a bit of both, but Stamford Bridge is one of the favourites, with their defensive record, they must really rate their attack. It looks as if the bookes have just guessed. I'd say at home, we should be looking to put a few past most teams. We're 33/1 along with Goodison, The Reebok and Villa Park.

Seems fairly reasonable after a quick look at last year's league table.

There were 61 at Highbury, 56 goals at stamford bridge last year, 40 at Anfield and Villa Park. 44 at woodison, 42 at Reebok and 41 at portsmouth. The Valley had 43.

Edit, the only ground with less goals than Anfield last year was St.Andrews with 39.

Hardly by a big margin though, the amount of chances we had we should have topped it, hopefully Bellamy and x striker will improve that.

Goal a game difference, that's massive.

it's probably because we start earlier than anyone else so if there is a red card in our game it will be the first red card of the season.
