You'd think that playing with a conventional DM would give the fullbacks more license to get forward and get crosses in. Clyne and Moreno look suited to doing that as well. But yeah, we won't be playing with a conventional DM so never mind.
They've got £40 million to play with let's not worry about them too much. Back to us, I've decided even if one of benteke and firmino come good then we're looking quite good for next season. I'm also applying the same rule with Markovic and Can.
He was always going to come to us though, it's pretty hard not to see past the idea that he was holding out for more money. And yeah, that does leave a nasty taste in the mouth.
Surely it would be madness to give up on a twenty year old after one season? Would hope that the club saw his and Can's first seasons, to some extent at least, as a chance for them to adapt to the league.
Been saying all summer that I don't believe we have an alternative in mind. We're gonna end up trying to sign balotelli on August 31st until someone reminds Ayre he already plays for us.
Apparently SSN spoke to raheem on his way to the team coach about going on the pre-season tour. He said he didn't like it, but he'd have to go along with it.
A company like that only really needs an online presence for customer services and beyond that can just ignore all of the spam.I don't need to be mates with a supermarket.
Having him on the coaching staff would be another good way to make us as fun we were the season before last. Plus he was probably better at footy than Mike Marsh.
I can't find it now but remember the echo's initial reports of the 'productive meeting' making reference to concerns that his back room staff were his 'yes men' Only a slightly more diplomatic angle on the owners undermining rodgers' authority I suppose.
