Cos as I recall there was no point in rushing out to the corner of the area to get to Aguero who isn't going anywhere and besides is being covered by Skrtel. And he doesn't "pull it off" 99 times, he gets away with it. Semantics again I suppose...

Well if Reina, Howard et al stay on their lines then none of those goals happen the way they did. In my book that means they helped but I guess that's just semantics. It does not detract from the brilliance of those goals, I hasten to add. PS it was Aguero and closing him down out there was a daft thing to do. 99 times out of a 100 Reina gets away with it, but it was still daft.

Let's not forget him in the big player love-in that's going on at the moment. I thought he was excellent, not just because of the 2 goals but he also defended extremely well when they had opened us up right after the first goal.

If he arrives and takes 6 months to settle you wonder what the point of bringing him in was in the first place. Sterling will be another 6 months along his development path and so will Ibe. I'd rather spend the money on LB or CM instead to be honest.
