Dare I say it but some of our players need the hairdryer treatment. Not putting the effort in drop them. The only problem with that is that our squad is so thin there is no one there with the ability or drive to come in and stake a claim. This situation is done to the mis-management of the club by ownership. They have been neglectful you only have to look at reals bench and compare it to ours.
