Seems like all our sites are kicking off on this. A silly tart's view: I never have thought we were better than any other fans, too old for that. I don't care about the 5 times or even the seat breaking ( although it is criminal damage and should be treated as such). But we are the first to bleat when we think our dead are dishonoured. As they have been. Horribly. And by God have we complained. And therefore that part of the whole f'ing predictable episode pisses me off. Shipman, Munich and Best jibes are no different than their cracks about Hillsborough. They are both disgraceful and have no part of even the bitterest rivalry among people with any intelligence, sensitivity or sense of what is right or wrong. I have not been there at OT for many a year until yesterday and will not be going again. Because I am not some hard nut like so many seem to think they are. A female who once had her head cracked open, innocently ( and not even at our game, to make it more comical). For those too young to remember, it was s***, it was terrifying. It stopped me going to games. And the mancs did not need to go running to tomorrow's press, as we all knew about it before we left the ground yesterday. Some of ours even took pics. I had a brilliant day, I only saw personally one act of vandalism right in front of me and before you ask I did nothing as I did not fancy going toe to toe with a thug. A fan, but a thug. Same as at Spurs earlier this year when I went off on a rant about a kid in front with the Munich 58 shirt on. The man I ranted at then showed me his Munich tattoo at that point, and a poster from here counselled me ( by text) to say no more, as they were the sort that would clock me. So we just stand by. Some condemn publicly, some condone quietly. But we do f*** all.
