Conor

I just wish he'd be more positive with his play.. Less running away from goal. Show a bit more ambition. Back his skill more.

Hi is a brilliant team player. Does so much for the team. Glad he's ours.

4-1... 7 on spin.

THink Coady is training with the first team. Saw him in the pics.

Huddersfield

Kids 3-0 up on 60 minutes. Sterling scored again. Adorjran also. Seems to be a good little player. Scored and a lovely through ball for Sterling. 4. Morgan volley. He has 2 now.

Do what I did to Yossi last year. Deface it in a completely inappropriate manner and hope no one else gets to see it.

Oh.. And Suarez treated like a dog.

A few mistakes in a midfield that was completely packed. No time and space. There was a lot of central players in there today and he outplayed them all. Mistakes wise I guarantee he had the least today. The kid is brilliant.

Just a quick point.. Not a hope we would have got that result if Nando played for us. The shift Dirk put in was ridiculous. Torres would not have put that shift in.

Can we make a song for him?? He deserves one.

I think it will be quicker than that. He's exceptional. See how much we missed him when he was out of the team.

He was outstanding today. He just does the right thing consistently. That is such an attribute for someone of 24. He made a show of Mikel, Essien and Lampard today. Get him a longer contract.

Come on Red Men.. Lets better these corporate money grabbing plastic whores.

Excellent excellent noises coming from him.. Really really impressed. Even if the fact that they wanted to make a 15 million difference on Carroll and Torres isn't true, it sets the impression that we were in the driving seat. We were the bosses. Everything he says is smart. I am so impressed.

3 games we should win in fairness.. Wolves away, Fulham and Stoke at home. Still gotta win them though. How was Lucas tonight?

Cunny.. Let rip on a few of those rumours.

Wow.. All defenders. Nice,

Big Risk = Big Rewards. Carroll is a big risk. So what. If he equals big rewards then it's not relevant. All top managers know that. Rafa knew Torres was big risk. Got big rewards. This is how successful football clubs work. Ask Ferguson. You minimize that risk by having experts engaging in analysis of that risk. Is there a better expert than Kenny? I'm yet to see it. Our new owners know this.

Super excited about him.. He was he kind of player I just expected to end up at United or Chelsea. His goal at 2:36 in that compilation is special. I showed his goals to a mate and he said well, the defending is always terrible. Lies. And it's not as if the Premiership hasn't got bad defenders. Who was that polish lad who just went to Nottingham Forest? He makes the defenders on that clip look like Sami. He's going to rip the place apart. I can feel it.

Same mate??

Good suggestion. I know Liverpool have a particularly high level of welfare support workers for the academy and are regarded as front runners in that field. Basically Social Workers employed by the club to ensure the youngsters settle properly etc. They would be a huge help with Carroll.

Any time I have seen him I have said that I would like him here. He has all the attributes. Let's forget the price. He didn't set it and we, the supporters didn't pay it. 6 months ago the yanks would have pocketed Torres' fee so it's win win. Let's hope he settles. A move away from Newcastle might spur him on. A new start and all. I have faith.

Buzzing and sad at the same time. It's a new dawn for us. 2 new hungry strikers will be busting their guts to make an impression and score goals. Shame we'll have no one to pass the ball to them though.

Reading that BBC understands Deal agreed I still got a little knot in my stomach. Just won't be right him playing for them geebags.
